• Main processes and activities with associated hazards, risks and existing control measures;
• Physical features - location, construction, exposure, fire precautions and security;
• Housekeeping standards;
• Business interruption and continuity planning;
• Health and safety organisation and arrangements;
• Compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidance etc.;
• Public liability and pollution exposures and existing control measures;
• Accident and loss history with improvements made;
• Enforcement information; and
• Photographs and other appropriate documents.

Brokers are provided with details of any recommendations to reduce or eliminate risks encountered during the survey.
