Physical features - location of contracts, own and hired-in plant, fire precautions and security of the sites and plant/tools/equipment.

Training;

Risk assessments;

Safe systems of work;

Compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidance etc.;

First aid and accident investigation/reporting;

Third party and pollution exposures and existing control measures;

Accident history with improvements made;

Enforcement information, and

Photographs and other appropriate documents.
Brokers are provided with details of any recommendations to reduce or eliminate risks encountered during the survey.
