Production of a standard survey report in Microsoft Word/PDF format with digital colour photographs which will include comment upon the following:

  • Company profile - history, structure, type of contracts, trading position etc.;
  • Contract conditions used;
  • Main activities with associated hazards, risks and existing control measures; and
  • Physical features - location of contracts, own and hired-in plant, fire precautions and security of the sites and plant/tools/equipment.
  • Health and safety organisation and arrangements;
  • Training;
  • Risk assessments;
  • Safe systems of work;
  • Compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidance etc.;
  • First aid and accident investigation/reporting;
  • Third party and pollution exposures and existing control measures;
  • Accident history with improvements made;
  • Enforcement information, and
  • Photographs and other appropriate documents.

Brokers are provided with details of any recommendations to reduce or eliminate risks encountered during the survey.
