• Fleet profile - types of vehicles, selection criteria, use, mileage, ownership, maintenance etc.;
• Driver profile - ages, training, medicals, accident and conviction history, license checks etc.;
• Operators license - numbers, tachograph management, type of goods carried etc.;
• Policies and procedures - licence checks, drivers handbook, driver checks, mobile phones etc.;
• Non-employee drivers - restrictions, ages, accident and conviction history etc.;
• Accident management - reporting procedures, investigations etc.; and
• Employees own vehicles - use, insurance, conviction history, license checks, MOT's, servicing etc.

Brokers are provided with details of any recommendations to reduce or eliminate risks encountered during the survey.
